I LOVE NY Team Spirit Announcement

Dear Coaches, Gymnasts, Family and Friends

During this year’s event, we will be focused on our roots of providing an exceptional gymnastics experience for all involved in the ILNY Cup.  With that in mind I invite you to be prepared to show your team spirit.  We encourage all of our fans in the stands to wear your team colors, sit together in groups and make signs to support your team.  Your creativity is encouraged and we ask you to refrain from any noise making devices other than your voices.

We look forward to interacting with all of our fans and seeing the great team spirit displayed by the athletes.

2014 I Love NY Cup

The PGA of Southern Tier Gymnastics Academy is holding the I Love New York Cup on January 31-February 2 for USAG levels 2-10, prep-optional and all levels USAIGC. The meet will be offering sanctioned and non-sanctioned sessions.

We are pleased to announce that our meet venue will be back at the newly renovated Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton, NY. The arena has all brand new seating, lighting, and marquee. We will also be holding the awards sessions on the main floor of the arena immediately following each session to allow for ample seating and viewing for parents and gymnasts. We will, as in previous years, have a fully supplied food room for coaches to enjoy between sessions, as well as a catered Judges’ Food room.

On the concourse there will be leotard vendors, t-shirt vendors, and tables run by our parents’ association. Each evening, the gymnasts will be called individually during opening ceremonies, as they cross the floor, giving them the recognition they deserve as hard-working athletes. Please remember the registration deadline is December 31, 2013 and the scratch deadline is January 10, 2014.

The PGA of STGA invites you to come and enjoy this year’s I Love NY Cup. We look forward to participating with your teams in a weekend full of fun and exciting gymnastics, as we celebrate the success of each and every gymnast!

Thank you for your participation,

Ed Watson, Event Coordinator
